SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Our products are shipped via USPS, we use poly-mailers for our smaller lighter merchandise and boxes for our larger and/or more fragile items. Our shipping rates range from $5-15. There are additional costs for expedited and international shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
All our items are handmade and most are custom orders as a result we do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us with in 48 hours of your delivery date.

Our products come with specific care instructions, any items damaged as a result of disregarding those instructions will void any warranty of those products. As our products are handmade, each is unique and slightly different from one another.
